When is Wishing Star Farm open?Wishing Star Farm is opened seasonally at the farm to the general public; however, we are open year around for farm and travel party reservations. Check out our Fall Fest, Spring Fling, and other special events tabs for specific dates open to the public.
-
How do I know if you are open or closed due to weather? For anyone who has lived in Colorado for even a short-time, the weather can change by the minute and we do our best to follow the forecast. At times we are able to make a determination early and provide updates on facebook, our phone message, and as quickly as possible our website. If you are at all in doubt, please call in advance to confirm that we are open when you want to visit.
-
I thought you were just a pumpkin patch open in September and October. What is the farm party and travel party that are open year around?A farm party consists of renting one of our party areas at the farm and getting access to all the activities and amenities that are offered. Pricing is dependent on the size of the group. A travel party is when we bring the petting zoo, pony carousel, pony or unicorn party, barrel train, or other activities to your location. Pricing is per hour dependent on type of party requested with an associated travel fee dependent on distance.
-
Do I need to buy tickets in advance? We use a third-party vendor to offer online tickets. Purchasing online simplifies the entrance to the farm as it is a quick scan for your entire group. We also offer special online discounts for family packs, early bird discount and others that are not offered at the gate.
-
What is your refund policy?Tickets are currently non-refundable, although in case of weather cancellation we will automatically refund or provide you another date for your ticket. In case of an unforeseen emergency, please contact us to discuss.
